attentive staff, confirmed if i actually wanted a nonsmoking my room since reservation mistakenly indicated a smoking room! good catch! room comes equipped with kitchen and all the necessary things to use it properly can be obtained at the front desk during check-in. hotel is quiet no road noise

no complaints, it is not a resort but rooms are big and lots of traveling contractors use this hotel but it is well run

Price, not bad for DC meto

The room was tattered looking, had a very strong smell of Smoke and not the legal kind. The first floor window was unsecured and unlocked, I had to force it closed to engage the lock. The grab and go breakfast was laking if it was even stocked when I passed by the lobby. The front desk nor the help desk "0" could get my phone to work so I could contact my other co-workers. NOT IMPRESSED, I felt as tho the hotel was a Government run HUD or Section 8 program for lodging.

I liked the price of the hotel compared to the Hilton where my residency took place. The staff was friendly and they tried their best to work with what they had. Management could do better with sprucing up the place and better lighting in hallways. Lounging area was a joke and old smell.

No hot breakfast. Only a grab and go. Very limited parking spaces, lounge was too small, outdated and hallways were always dark and never well-lit. Dishes were horrible and it's not far from being a 1.5 to 2 star dump. The staff was friendly but it didn't take away from the dismal colors and pitiful location as far as scenery was concerned. Management provided hot wings and homemade salad for Appreciation Day but it was a flop. Food disappeared within minutes with no refill for most of the hotel residents. Sad, but true.

    Very good

The hotel is within walking distance of the nearest metro station (Yellow Line - Eisenhower Ave). Also great because Reagan International is also on the Yellow Line about 3 stops/15 minutes away. We were there to see the sights in D.C. so we did a lot of walking. We'd walk to the metro in the morning and then be pretty wiped in the evening, so we'd take an Uber from the metro stop back to the hotel. That'll run you around $4-5. The room was very clean and spacious. Great natural light in the morning (our room was on the back side of the building). Reception was very friendly and helpful. Though they couldn't provide us much in the way of necessities, they were able to answer all of our questions about getting around in Alexandria and D.C.

We reserved a suite with two queen beds and were informed on the day we checked in that they were no longer available. They gave us a king suite with a pull-out couch as an alternative, both of which had incredibly hard mattresses with thin bedding and thinner pillows. Not the best sleep I've ever gotten. The A/C unit was finicky. We couldn't figure out how to get it to stay on continuously and so it would cut on and off every five minutes when we bothered to turn it on at all. This is an extended stay hotel, with a full kitchen and bath in the room. Yet things like toothbrushes/toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, deodorant, cooking utensils/cookware, kitchen appliances—none of these things were in the room or available for purchase downstairs. And the nearest place to get any of these things, outside of a gas station, was not very near at all.

    nothing!

Dirty. Had to pay extra for services more freq then 1/week. had to take dirty inen to front desk everyday to in order to get clean linen. no basket or anything to accomplish this. cleanliness really lacked. lots of debris in corners and along walls. stove had dark grease rings around the burners. set out minimal breakfast items and more then once had to ask for them. i travel all the time and will never stay with this company again. naaaasty! we requested a queen bed and a bed for our grandson. it was promised but never delivered. we were at least moved to a room that would accommodate us.

I booked for the facility close to Hilton and the Mark Center, but reservation was made for me at Bluestone road which cost me extra money on daily commuting to the Hilton for my residency

Also the reservation I had was for a king size bed, but i got checked into a queen size. I was told, there was breakfast, but it was just cake and coffee, no protein for me who is on a special diet

    Good

The staff are nice. You get what you pay for.

We had to wait after check in time for our room to be ready. The breakfast that is offered is very limited. No daily room service and all kitchen equipment is extra. The location from the metro is over a mile so you need to plan an alternative or anticipate a long walk.

Room itself was decent and clean.

Location sucks. You are stuck between a river and METRO tracks, with nothing closer than a 45 minute walk or bus ride (half hour to hour interval). For price one pays for the room, breakfast should at least be kept full of the few items available, but on our six day stay, no sugar was available beyond the second day. Liquid creamer lasted the first day. Muffins, breakfast bars, occasional fruit, oatmeal, coffee comprised the list which the staff wouldn't even keep up.
